We had a really great Stay at the Hotel. The Food was very delicious, we had stunning Weather and all Personel was very kind. The Rooms were modern and very clean. Alot of different Ways to spend Time - like Basketball, Volleyball, Football, Minigolf, Sliding, Ping Pong. On Top of that there were always activities like dancing or playing Games.

Hotel exceeded our expectations. Hotel staff was super-super friendly and we were supported and taken care of every day. We saw some negative comments about food choices, however we totally disagree with that, as food was very delicious and variety of food was more than enough. My wife had birthday during our stay and we received complimentary gifts. We are very grateful for that! The hotel is located a bit on a hill, however there are golf cars which took us uphill and downhill upon our request. The beach is clean, a lot of space to sunbath + there is a bar on a beach with a different drinks/cocktails and also there is always a fridge with grab&go snacks. So we were never hungry. I would come back here for sure in the future!

Our recent stay at the InterContinental Crete was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a stunning sea view room, which set the tone for a truly memorable getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and genuinely eager to assist with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made us feel welcome and well cared for throughout our stay. The hotel itself is modern, luxurious, and recently built, with elegant design touches that create a serene and upscale atmosphere. Everything from the lobby to the rooms exudes comfort and sophistication. We were especially impressed by the abundant and delicious breakfast, offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options each morning. It was the perfect way to start the day. One of the highlights of our stay was relaxing on the sunbeds by the infinity pools on the 5th and 9th floors. The pools offer breathtaking views over the Aegean Sea and a calm, peaceful ambiance that's ideal for unwinding. To top it all off, the hotel kindly accommodated our request for a late checkout, allowing us to enjoy just a bit more time in this beautiful setting. We stayed at this hotel for 12 days at the beginning of September. This time was perfect for a relaxing vacation, visiting important sites, and having plenty of opportunities to swim. Veronika was a great help with the excursions, and she was very kind. She carefully listened to our preferences and didn't offer anything we weren't interested in or trips that didn't match the quality for the price. Veronika is fluent in both English and Czech. The restaurant and reception staff were also very courteous. Everyone made an effort to ensure guests had the best experience possible. The hotel offers a complimentary 15-minute massage, and afterward, you can book a 40- or 60-minute session. The massage therapists are professionals, and you can choose to have specific areas of your body massaged. We loved the view from our room and the restaurant. The hotel has an excellent location with views of the mountains and the sea. It’s a 5-minute walk to the sandy beach and 10 minutes to the town with Greek shops. At the beach, you can rent umbrellas and sunbeds for 15 euros per set. Since there were two of us, we paid 7.5 euros each.

The view from our room was amazing! The terrace was spacious and with a place to enjoy the sunsets. Hotel room was really big and had everything you might need. The buffet for breakfast and dinner was amazing, and each evening different, including beautiful local dishes and seafood. Our host Sophia made us feel like home from the first evening, exceptional service ! Would definitely stay here again if I ever visit again Agios Nikolaos.
