I could not speak highly enough of Paul and his team at Elounda Park & Resort. Professional, Courteous, Polite, Kind, gentle to mention a few. As a group we were all upgraded to the villas and these were cleaned DAILY as well as the pool. We had a fabulous time on holiday and there is no doubt about it. The views were breathtaking, relaxing and peaceful. There was so much to do both at the villa, the resort and the town. For animal lovers they also have a resident dinning cap. We got free pic up and drop off services to the villa which made our stay so enjoyable. Thank you once again for a lovely time and we haven’t been able to stop telling everyone about our trip.

The room had an amazing view and was spacious and had everything you would need to have a great vacation. The view is one of the most impressive views we enjoyed in any hotel before. The staff was amazingly friendly and the best was the Blue Dolphins Diving Center.

I stayed at InterContinental Crete lately and I can’t say enough good things about it. The service was excellent since the time of our arrival. The staff were very friendly, attentive to details and they did everything possible to make sure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. The rooms were absolutely awesome— spacious, elegantly furnished and equipped with all modern facilities you may need. The bed was extremely comfortable while the view from our balcony was beautiful. One highlight of our stay was the rooftop pool and bar. The pool itself had clear water and gave a breath taking panoramic view of neighboring area. It was a perfect day relax spot as the bar offered a great range of drinks or light bites as well which made it even more interesting. All in all, InterContinental Crete surpassed my expectations entirely. This hotel is a must visit due to its great services, luxurious rooms and an amazing rooftop pool alike! I look forward for my next trip!

They value their customers. Staff was very helpful, friendly and happy from reception to breakfast everyone. The hotel is very clean, excellent breakfast and location.We had an absolutely amazing time at Niko Seaside Resort. The rooms werw spacious and spotless. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with huge variety of options.

View, breaxfast, location near the beautiful coast, only few steps of the hotel. 5min. walk to the city. Nice center with many shops and good restaurant. Createn evening with traditional music and dancing domestic dencer was amaizing.

The view from our room was amazing! The terrace was spacious and with a place to enjoy the sunsets. Hotel room was really big and had everything you might need. The buffet for breakfast and dinner was amazing, and each evening different, including beautiful local dishes and seafood. Our host Sophia made us feel like home from the first evening, exceptional service ! Would definitely stay here again if I ever visit again Agios Nikolaos.
