The hotel was a real highlight of our one-week stay in Crete! Everything was just amazing. Upon arrival we (my husband and I) were told that our room in Porto Platanias Village Resort was upgraded to a superior suite with private pool in another hotel of this hotel network - Porto Platanias Beach Luxury Selection. This was a surprise to us! Our room was very spacious and clean with a nice terrace, which had a table, armchairs, small sofa, a private pool and four sunbeds. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was just beyond our expectations. The buffet was diverse, the food - delicious, and the seaview from the restaurant's window was really breathtaking. Everyday we were looking forward to our meals:) We would definetely recommend this hotel for a holiday stay!

We really loved our time at Castro Beach Hotel. Everything was amazing! All the crew is very kind and welcoming. The room is spacious and very clean. Hot water, good shower. For us, the all inclusive systems was great. All the foods are delicious, we could fell a taste of love and greek home in each food. Maleme beach is OK, but through the hotel it is possible to travel to many others beautiful beaches. We will definetely come back, this place is a treasure! Heartfelt thanks for all crew, chefs, barman, cleaning staff! Great service, excelent people!

We loved the extremely diverse breakfast and the coffee was excellent. The staff was very friendly and professional, particularly Babis and Zoi. The entertainment on Tuesfay evening with the band ... Panda was on par to a jazz bar. It's lovely to be able to spend a whole day only in the resort, if we wish too.

The highlight for us was the amazing food; the flavors and variety were a delight throughout our stay. The room was immaculate and very comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day at one of the best beaches in Crete. Though the surroundings weren't particularly scenic, the warm water and abundance of comfy, empty sunbeds made up for it. We would highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable vacation.
