Super friendly staff. Very clean. Spotless. Big rooms. Very big pool and you can find sun beds (for free) to relax. Music is not loud because the management focuses in relaxation. It’s foul of flowers and the smell of them is mmmmm. For lunch and dinner they have too many and very delicious options. And the prices are cheaper than a restaurant in the city.

Second time at the Bitzaro, same fantastic experienxnce !! The people working there are so friendly, they do everything to make your vacation better !! The rooms are clean, the food is good, the all-in has enough choices... If you want to have a good hotel experience at Zakynthos, don't hesitate and go there !! Good job !! There I have a godchild on the Island, I certainly will never take another hotel for sure.

I was travelling with my husband and our little 10months son. We have enjoyed every minute of our stay in Klelia Beach Hotel, though we were worried to go for a vacation with this small baby. First of all, the Receptionist Depy was amazing, so professional, so friendly, she made us feel like at home! She gave a lot of useful advices and gave a lot of attention to our little boy, who loved to come over. Thank you, Depy! Second, the stuff was always so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our food, which was amazing, simply wow, the variety of food and beverages made our stay full, and our bodies heavier 😂 The Lifeguard Manolia was always there on her duties, so all parents where calm about their children and their safety! The beach is like 3min away, it was very comfortable to go there and back to the hotel. Also, the entartainment in the evenings was very nice, especially the greek night. about cleaning: cleaning ladies where very friendly and cleaned daily, so honestly saying I was very happy about the service they hve provided! we have stayed here for the past 7 years, but this year it was a passing visit we only stopped for 1 night but we have some very good friends who are staff so we had to visit them.
