The food was delicious. There were variety of different types of food including seafood. The location is perfect, you are surrounded by the mountains and the sea. The water park is great and we had a lot of fun there (both adults). The staff was awesome, very pleasant (but not too much as typically in Turkey for example) and always ready to listen to you. We had an excellent experience with the coupe massage and so far it was the best massage ever!

The property was incredible with a lot of activities and kid-friendly areas. The stay was really worth the money because the food was really good with a lot of varieties of food. The hotel was all inclusive which made it worth it. The facilities were great and quite big.

The hotel had everything, nice view, many sunbeds, varmpool cold pool and beach at the door. Staff was amazing and very good hygiene. The rooms had new renovation and was beautiful. The food was also amazing with a lot of verity but the best thing was the pizza at evening, big ups to him for best pizza I eat. Even the animation team was very good for organizing activities they had a lot of creativity and both good and strong personalities that makes the days even better to have fun with them. The reception were very helpful with everything. Also the drinks was amazing. 10 out of 10 everything, see you next year. /Agron

Perfect stay. Late-night check-in due to our flight. Clean and perfectly appointed room. Location close to several points of interest. Very pleasant and quiet setting with the pool. The breakfast was truly incredible, delicious, high-quality, and very varied.

The Hotel is a real 5 stars, with extraordinary facilities! Since we arrived, they welcomed us with champagne and offered us the access to all the facilities even if the room wasn’t yet ready (arrived around 11 am). We had a sea view room with astonishing views, extremely clean and very beautiful style. The hotel is amazing, situated on the edge of a cliff, very nice architecture, modern look but classy at the same time. They also have access to a beach (the water is very clean). The food is very good! Very tasty and diverse, amazing sweets, and there are also the a la carte restaurants. Also the drinks are very good (imported, not local), bartenders are professionals, high quality products, from coffee to spirits or cocktails. The Staff is also professional, everyone is kind, polite, well trained and they really do their best to make you happy. The pools are great, with clear salted water, and bars around. I can say it’s the best hotel we’ve been in the whole Greece (not only Crete), and we saw more than 10 5 stars hotels in Greece till now. There is nothing I didn’t like, this is a truly 5 stars! 10 of 10 from me, and will come again for sure!
