Sofoklis, the manager of the hotel, is the highlight of our stay. He ensured that we were comfortable and enjoyed ourselves. He and the staff were moving around non stop to care for the customers. The food was good, hotel amenities were great too! It was a wonderful vacation with my 2yo son. We stayed 2 weeks. Unfortunately my husband couldn’t come. On the beginning I was worry it would be a little hard deal with a kid by myself but after some time I released. All the staff was just excellent! They met all our needs starting with the change of the room, and ending with the provided stroller and medicines. All the ladies from the reception was super nice. Big hello from us to Daria! Mikhalis helped us with the luggage and became a best friend to my son! They played every time they met after! The resort and its facilities just perfect for the families with kids: kids play room (big thanks to Lesa for all the activities), playground, small pool, mini disco every night. The food was excellent! So many choices! And Manos from the restaurant makes the atmosphere very warm and homely. We will definitely will come again if we have a chance and I’ll recommend this places to all my friends with kids! Big hug from Nadya & Egor

We visited just 2 days after the start of the season and stayed for 7 days. The hotel was very well maintained compared to some other Mediterranean locations we've stayed in. The food at the main restaurant had some daily variation with some themes days in between. The quality of the food was always great, especially the local vegetables and meat / fish on offer. Do try the Flavor restaurant with the wine pairing if you can, it's a great way to get away from the chaos that buffets can sometimes be. We loved the onsite gym which is on par if not above some dedicated gyms in terms of equipment variety & quality. The fitness activities are also great! I can recommend the bike tours offered by the hotel, the mountain and road bikes they have are very well maintained and even for me at 2.07m tall there was something available. Give the archery course a try! Hendrick did a great job at explaining everything and helping us improve over time! Hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful any time of day and no matter the question. The guest service will try to accommodate any request you might have. Overall we loved our stay at Candia Maris and will definitely come back next year for another relaxing holiday.

The property looks excellent. However it would not be the same without the people who are working there. The staff was very friendly and excited to welcome us. They gave us an upgrade from a hotel room to a VIP villa with its own pool, jacuzzi and gym. Anyway, the energy of the staff has made our stay, not just the upgrade. Special thanks to Lev from reception who is full of energy at any hour and will to help. In the end we want to say thank you to Manos who introduced us the facility and who was our guide on this wonderful resort. The energy and positivity this man passed to us is just amazing. We’ll definitely come back some time.

The only hotel I have ever been to that deserves 10!!! Exceptional views, exceptional food, service, rooms with spectacular sea view. Service is so good, especially kiki from guest relations department and sofia from ketriko bar were amazing girls, so friendly and kind, loved them !!!!!
