Very professional service staff in all areas. A suitable place for everyone, from young families to older ones. Classes are suitable for both adults and children. Different performances every evening. A separate grand piano for vacationers with children in front of the children's playground. No one interferes with each other, even though it is a very big hotel. Great variety of food, worth staying for the food alone. Everything is fresh, varied and delicious for every taste. Everything is perfectly organized during lunch, no matter how many guests there are. Ideal wi-fi, as far as I have stayed, I have not experienced such good internet in all areas of this island until now. Individual adjustment of the confectioner, which saved the day, because the weather in Gran Canaria rises unusually. Until I stayed here, I didn't think that the Canary Islands had such a high standard. The vacationers are diverse, from different continents.

Location is great, easy access to the bars, shops. Beach is in walking distance however it is hard to get down with a pushchair. The staff is very friendly, great choice of food in the restaurant. The pool is a bit cold ( in December), but my daughter loved it anyway.

Situated in the centre of the lively Playa del Inglés resort, the hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from a 6 km stretch of beach that extends up to Maspalomas.

Snackbar had good opening times and you could always have pizza, hotdogs, burgers, chicken nuggets, olives, salads and sandwiches - even if you missed breakfast or lunch or dinner. Nobody complained if you took food and drinks from the snackbar to your room and enjoyed them on your balkony. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Cosmetic salong at the pool was a bonus, so I could have pedicure done there. Also massage salong was there, but since they have only one very good therapeut there, appointments are difficult to arrange. The game room for children was very good, well equipped. I liked the size of our room - it was big enough for 3 adults(on of our children is 19) and 1 child (8-years).And we had enough storage for 6 suitcases. The buffet was sufficient for us - I liked that they had 3 fish options every meal and we eat mostly that + seafood for dinner. The child and 19-years old boy were also satisfied with the meal options.
