taking away the unhappiness at check in… Everything else was fantastic. The hotel needs some TLC but other than that everything was fantastic. The room was always cleaned. The pool bar was great always playing cards with my family and having nice drinks thanks to the barman special thank you to the receptionist Marta she’s just a a lovely girl. Thank you to Doris she was lovely. Always kept my son entertained at dinner and a special thank you to the fantastic Lina at snack bar as my son fell in love with her such a kind lady

Amazing experience, it's the second year me and my wife are booking this hotel and doesn't disappoint! The location is perfect at just 5-6 min walking from the beach and with many bars and restaurants around to explore. Also a super market just up the street. Easy to get to the bus station as well, at only a couple minutes away.

This all-inclusive club is located in the higher part of San Agustín, nestled in a 10 acre park boasting fantastic panoramic views of the Atlantic and the vast Maspalomas sand dunes.

Location is great. All inclusive offer was really worth it. food and drinks available 24/7. great selection and good food. Employees were so nice, espcially, Entertainment team - never seen such a nice and welcoming dedicated group. even though travelling with 2 toddlers it was one of the best stays I had so far. both us parents and children were very happy

Liked everything about it, location, setup of pool, bars and restaurant. The food was great. The staff were super friendly.. the room was excellent, comfortable and spacious. Even the pickup from the airport, arranged by the hotel was fantastic.
