One of the best stays i have had! The staff was well above expectations, the room was fantastic and the location was very good. I had the red level package with all its perks! The lounge had drinks and delicious snacks at all times. Breakfast was excelent with an amazing variety of options.

Breakfast offered a large variety of foods, and a great variety of cheese products. Also, they are providing some foods prepared on the spot (i.e. omelettes, fried eggs, pancakes, waffles). The room was comfy, and the bath was equipped with all the necessary amenities.

Situated in the business area of Alcobendas, the non-smoking hotel is located close to the Moraleja industrial estate, major shopping centres and well-located for the Ifema exhibition and events...

Beside that the room was nice, the bed comfortable, breakfast gut, i was really surprised by hospitality of the hotel and hotel staff, and i really liked the idea of open bar with juices, water, drinks, some small sandwiches, etc. That really helps guest (you dont need to look for shops around just to get water and etc). The hotel stuff was also very nice, kind, always willing to help.
