The reception staff where perfect and very helpful, we where there because of a family emergency and they where very helpful and considerate.

Location is really good bus stop is in front of hotel and 10 mins from Ciutadella which is the capital and the hotel is next to Cala en brut. The beach is nice. Staff was very friendly. Rooms are modern comfortable and very clean. Food is nice there are themes for dinner (Mexican, Asian)
