All the meals were fantastic, we only stayed one night as we were meeting up with family for one night, I even had a birthday balloon, card and lollipops in our room on arrival, a lovely surprise. Entertainment (Roberto) was really fun.

Set 350 metres from Levante Beach in Benidorm, Poseidon has 2 outdoor swimming pools and spacious gardens. A hot tub and heated pool are open only in winter.

Very good location — the highlight was definitely the comfortable mattress! We had a beautiful view of the beach water from the balcony. The staff were friendly and thoughtful — they even surprised me with a bottle of champagne for my birthday, even though I hadn’t mentioned it. That really made my day!
