Amazing breakfast and service. Beautiful view from the pool. Everything was outstanding.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel from the moment I arrived at the reception :) The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. The property is beautifully green with a large pool, and the food is delicious and varied. There is an à la carte restaurant on site, and right next to the hotel is La Torre del Mirador, where the seafood is simply incredible. Additionally, there are excellent Italian and Asian restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable, with an ocean view and a minibar, plus daily cleaning and fresh water replenishment. The poolside service was excellent, and the gym, which overlooks the ocean, was a highlight along with yoga classes. This is the perfect spot if you're not planning to travel around the island, as it offers everything you need — diverse beaches, a beautiful coastline, and delicious restaurants. However, if you do plan to explore the island, the location is also very convenient, with quick and easy access to Los Cristianos, Los Americas, and it's only a 5-minute drive to Siam Park and other attractions. The hotel offers free underground parking, and it has direct access to two sandy beaches, one with black volcanic sand. The breakwaters make swimming very pleasant. The location is fantastic — close to all major attractions but quiet and peaceful, away from clubs and parties. Every evening, there was live music at the hotel, adding a nice touch to the experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a high-quality vacation experience with friendly, smiling staff, great service, delicious food, beautiful beaches, and all the necessary amenities. EVERYTHING IS OK. ONE OF THE BEST PLACE - BIG SWIMING POOL AREA

This my first time trying all inclusive and it was such a great experience. The pool was heated and the view was amazing. The Staff were so friendly and kept making sure we were alright. Always on hand to fill our drinks when needed. Breakfast was incredible especially with the view and everyday a pastry chef would make something special for us to try. We would eat at restaurants most nights but the Buffet in the main building had plenty of food. We were overwhelmed. It was nice to try new types of foods that you wouldn't normally. Our room was gorges and even when we checked out they looked after us up until we left for the airport.

The lobby and piano bar were great to relax as v spacious. Great evening entertainment in the piano bar. Infinity pool was anazing. Plenty of seating and toilet facilities near pool. Great animation team. Belinda near reception car hire desk great for excursions. Restaurant tables outside nice atmosphere. Great food choices.and lovely waiting staff v attentive Sara, Elizabeth, Magby. Fridge in room and great english channels.

we had breakfast only due to the fact we knew we would be out most of the day. was a very large offering at breakfast which was great. some thing for everyone. from burgers to kebab and the standards you would expect at such a hotel. Almost too full to have lunch most of the time. pools where great enough space, mind the cool Seabreeze in October, best to go to the pool when its hottest. lots of actives there as well. we had the gold room which was spacious and beds and amenities where also great. overall we found after traveling the south of Tenerife that we had made the perfect choice regarding the location. Hotel and area surrounding it where vey clean, relaxed atmosphere close to beaches, some small shops and restaurants and the Rosa mall which we very much enjoyed. easy to go to other places via hotel shuttle (it goes from hotel to Costa Adeje and has a pick up there as well) taxi or bus. will stay here again staff and management are very pro active and pleasant.

Amazing hotel with stunning views. whole hotel is extremely well preserved and kept in good condition.

The hotel ambiance is truly exceptional. The staff's attentiveness and dedication contribute significantly to a delightful stay. The atmosphere is very friendly. The hotel itself is somewhat standard, attracting many tourists. The pool area tends to be crowded with limited space. Breakfast sees a sizable crowd, but the seating is well organized. The breakfast offerings are delicious. The pool bar offers less appetizing food; it's not recommended. However, breakfast is delicious, and there's a great terrace, including a rooftop area with a unique naked zone.

Great hotel, well located and really lovely, helpful staff. It's also near the airport which makes the taxi trip very short.
