We were a group of four and stayed at Laguna Club for 10 days. On checkin we were upgraded to the pool view rooms. I have to admit the rooms were very spacious, comfortable and very clean. We had to go across the road to access the aqua park and the beach which is a 5 min walk. They do have a shuttle service as well. The staff at the Club are very friendly and always willing to help. Highly recommended. PS. I don’t normally mention names. But, it’s always good to appreciate exceptional service. Mr. Ahmed for taking the effort to ensure our stay was a pleasant experience. Mr. Mohamed Salman from the reception for take the time to check on us every opportunity he had. How can I forget Mr. Hassan Ebrahem (server/waiter) for ensuing we were served our drinks and any other requirements

Hands down the best hotel I have ever visited. Everything to the T was perfect and we got the best service from our now friend Mohammed. Dont ever hesitate to book this hotel. The luxury speaks for itself. And omg the food! The most insane buffet selection with great taste. Spacious room, comfortable beds, good cleaning, variety of food in the restaurant, delicious and fresh, always enough, good choice and always something new, beach was always clean, best location- you have both sandy beach and diving/snorkeling, bars working quick- you basically never have to line up and wait. Staff is friendly and polite, never annoying. Shuttle bus works like a clock.

Had an amazing family vacation at Charmillion Aquapark! Everything was beautiful and fun. The hotel staff, rooms everything was more than expected. Highly recommended for families!
