El Saied, our butler did a great job. He is very friendly and was here for us every time. Mohammed our houskeeper did everything fine. The room was very clean every day.

I had the best vacation ever, and cannot wait to come back ! A massive thanks to the staff who is AMAZING, and a special one to the main restaurant staff and Mr Hamada ! The hotel itself, absolutely gorgeous with its beautiful gardens The service ! Wow wow wow, if I was the hotel manager, I would make sure to keep these super people ! They really make a huge difference. Room was clean, nice and comfy (the housekeeping did an amazing job throughout my stay) Space is huge and beautifully organized with 3 pools and a massive beach Biggest gym I have seen in a hotel Buffet is delicious and offer a lot of variety Yoga class on the beach at sunset with Veronika

Breakfast and dinner were very good and there was a huge selection to choose from. Mind that if you are staying for a whole week though, even this huge selection can feel repetitive as it is mostly the same every day. Fresh juices are simply amazing! I never had lunch at the hotel, so don't know about that part. In fact, I only booked room + breakfast, which gives you the option to stay for lunch / dinner every day and pay separately at check-out OR try other restaurants for example in Sharm El Sheikh. Mind that this resort is in Nabq, about 30 km from Sharm El Sheikh Old Market. Taxi will cost about 8-23 USD depending on where and how you take it, but there are minibuses traveling the distance regularly for a fracture of that price, paid with EGP in cash to the driver. The resort is spacious, clean, has several swimming pools with perfect water temperature. One of them is only for adults and a good place for relaxation. The others are very children-friendly and even have several fun programmes for families. You can also find gym, concert stage, kids' playground, tennis courts, 5 a la carte restaurants, several music shows etc. If you need help, you will feel you are important and they are happy to help. They often remember previous discussions with you, at least during off-season like in my case, when the amount of tourists is obviously less. When I booked, Booking.com offered a free airport pickup which I misunderstood and thought was from the hotel. The hotel accidentally confirmed the free airport pickup and as a result of this misunderstanding they first tried to charge the price of the transfer. After discussing what happened, they were happy to provide the airport transfer for free and even dropped me off to the airport at departure also free of charge.

It was an absolute pleasure staying at the Sunrise Montemary Resort for our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of tranquility and exceptional hospitality. Our room was impeccably clean, a true testament to the hotel's attention to detail. Waking up to the magnificent views each morning was a delight – the scenery was simply breathtaking and added so much to our overall experience. The culinary offerings at the resort were also a standout. Every meal was a treat, with an amazing variety of delicious and fresh food that catered to all tastes. However, what truly elevated our stay was the exceptional care and attention we received from Mr. Ayman Samy. His helpfulness went above and beyond our expectations. He was always available to assist with any request, offering genuine care and ensuring our comfort throughout our vacation. What impressed us most was his thoughtful follow-up even after we left, checking to ensure we had a smooth journey back home. Sunrise Montemary, with its pristine rooms, stunning views, delectable food, and especially the outstanding service from individuals like Mr. Ayman Samy, made our honeymoon truly unforgettable. We highly recommend this resort and look forward to returning in the future for our anniversaries!

Great place to relax! It might not be cheap, but you get so much value for your money. Highly recomend!

Outstanding kind staff, beautiful surrounding, great playground for adults-always something to enjoy. The selection of the main restaurant is unbelivable. But the major asset is the people working there
