The staff was amazing, going above and beyond to make sure that I had everything that I needed. The room was perfect, clean, good AC and beautiful interior. The food and drinks were really good. Everyone was very nice, beach was super nice. They even let us stay till 3 pm in our room and let us eat dinner before it even started because we had flight later that day and had to leave early. Room cleaner Mohamed was very polite and our room was always very clean and the reception manager gave us room nice room next to the beach with great sea view. Waiters were all very nice and always smiling.

We liked everything- the layout of the property, the rooms, restaurants , swimming pools…. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Especially our waiter Mohamed Shabaan made us feel very welcome. He made sure our drinks were waiting for us on the table and checked in on us often if we needed anything else. The animation team is great! With big smiles on their faces and their enthusiasm they got us involved in lots of activities . The food was delicious! We had a great time and definitely will come back soon.
