Ready friendly staff (Hamid 😀) Very easy to get to from airport. Food was excellent! Loved my room and view of sea and pool. Really enjoyed the whole experience and would come back again 😀

It was very clean and beautiful. The room I had was great with a nice balcony overlooking the boardwalk. The bed was very comfortable too. At breakfast there was an omelette station and I really, really like that.

Our stay at the Marine Lodge Hotel was simply unforgettable. From the very first moment, we felt warmly welcomed and cared for with extraordinary attention: every detail was designed to make our experience truly special. The staff was impeccable in every respect. A special mention goes to Tifa, whose smile and kindness made every day more enjoyable – a true professional of hospitality, always attentive and thoughtful. Alongside him, Mahmood was equally courteous and helpful. Unforgettable also the kindness of Nancy, who offered us a wonderful dinner on the beach and fulfilled every request with such care, knowing this was a special trip. Even the staff who escorted us to our room and helped with the luggage were delightful: every morning we found the bed decorated with elegant towel art and flower petals, a delicate and refined gesture. We enjoyed pure relaxation with wonderful couple massages, a perfectly done pedicure, and even traditional Egyptian hair removal. The diving school within the resort proved to be excellent: professional, well-organized, and attentive, they guided us with a clear and reassuring pool briefing that allowed me to approach diving with total peace of mind. The restaurant service was another highlight: Mustafa deserves a special mention for his outstanding pizza and delicious desserts made with the same dough – true delicacies. Ahmed, the restaurant manager, also stood out for his professionalism and care, together with all the staff, always smiling and attentive. The entire structure is flawless: a spotless pool, fast Wi-Fi everywhere, all-inclusive services with drinks included, and a relaxed atmosphere without any commercial pressure. Inside the resort, there are also some charming little shops, including a spice shop run by a South African owner – wonderful incenses and products, highly recommended.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and warmly welcome. The hospitality and the service were excellent. The food quality was amazing and there was so much varieties. The hotel views were beautiful.

We stayed at the hotel from May 4th to May 20th. We arrived around 1:00 AM, but official check-in was only after 2:00 PM. However, the staff was very accommodating and we were already in our room by 1:30 AM. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all delicious. We never saw any queues at any of the food outlets. Even during the busiest breakfast hour, there were at most 2-3 people in line in front of the chef making omelets or fried eggs—just waiting for their order. I’d particularly like to highlight that at any time, there are a huge number of waiters in the restaurant who are extremely quick to bring drinks and clear dirty dishes—literally instantly. We dined at the outdoor restaurant, where for every 20-30 tables there were always 5 waiters working. Everything was top-notch! Every day, the main restaurant offered several types of meat, a wide variety of side dishes, and a huge selection of dishes. The mussels were especially impressive—absolutely excellent! Overall, my impressions of the hotel were only positive—I didn’t notice any downsides, just pluses. I’ve never seen so many beach attendants (beach boys) at any other hotel. There are lots of them—they walk around every 5 minutes offering drinks, all day long. Among all the hotels around the bay, Jaz Lamaya is the most convenient in terms of its proximity to the pier. There was never a shortage of sun loungers by the sea, although it was very crowded around the pool. Every day, a PR representative named Christina walks around the hotel grounds. She listens carefully to all requests and resolves any issues instantly. Christina, huge respect to you!

The friendliness of the staff especially Mr Mahmoud Mahgoub, who went over and above to accommodate any requests. Ali at the Splash Bar did a great job. The location was great, a wide variety of food available. Good heated pool, hotel reef superb for snorkelling

The staff was absolutely amazing here. For the record I was suppose to stay at Dar el Medina but due to a mix up out of there control I was rebooked in Jaz solaya which was an amazing upgrade and closer to the beach! Mohamed Ali and his staff were exceptional and his sited on us hand abd foot. Whenever we family and I return we will book here everytime! Thank you for the unforgettable experience! Food, shows, activities, and pools were exceptional!!!!

We just returned from a 17 night stayed at Jaz Solaya, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Their friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail created a warm, relaxed atmosphere throughout our stay. A special thanks to Kassem from the customer service team who handled a few special requests for us, we really appreciated his extra care and attention. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well-designed, offering a great balance of comfort and style. Housekeeping did an exceptional job each day, keeping everything fresh and tidy. One of the highlights was the food—varied, well-prepared, and consistently delicious. Whether at breakfast or dinner, there were plenty of options for every taste, including fresh local dishes and international favorites. Entertainment was enjoyable without being intrusive, including singers and musicians playing in the background in the evenings. The resort’s pools and surrounding areas were beautifully maintained, with plenty of sunbeds and shaded spots. The beach was also beautiful, with a 2k walking/jogging track around the bay. Access to the house reef is via a jetty for both snorkelers and divers and those wishing to go further afield can arrange dive and snorkel trips with Coraya Divers, conveniently located at the front of the hotel. We hope to return again next year and highly recommend it.

The food was delicious, I especially appreciated the large selection for vegetarians. The restaurant also has very friendly staff. Amer was very nice to my niece and she liked him very much. Overall, the hotel has a magical atmosphere and, most importantly, everything is beautifully clean!
