Everything was 5 star, I can not fault this hotel in anyway, from arrival to departure everything was wonderful. The rooms are beautiful with lovely comfy pillows and four poster beds, they are cleaned daily and everything is immaculate. Food choice was fabulous, with A La carte Restaurants of various choices all serving quality food and with top notch waiting service, The Buffet was also 5 star, lots of choice and elegantly laid out with waiters filling your glasses up constantly. The wine was nice and the bar choice was amazing throughout the various bars and restaurants, serving good quality imported drinks, and good quality wine. Plenty of areas to sit, undercover and in the sunshine, bars, lobby areas and just pretty little canopy covered areas. There are 2 pools with plenty of sun beds and both with pool bars, additionally they offer food at lunch time on a snack trolley. I visited in May, there was a nice amount of guets and it never felt crowded. Beach is beautiful.

I investigated almost three weeks from many websites and this hotel was the outcome and I am super happy about my research. anything you expect you can get here. spectacular area well preserved by very nice gardeners. amazing rooms clean and comfortable. towels have been changed twice a day. 6 restaurants that can be used any time during day. buffet or no buffet. the food quality and taste was also without any question acceptable or even more. breakfast was the best thing I can talk about. me and my partner loved it. no issue about anything. best beaches I’ve ever been at was by this hotel. I don’t know why their ratings is below 9 honestly speaking while I am said that I’m too strict on hotels and their quality I could see nothing to complain about. I traveled to 4 cities and hotels in Dominican Republic and except one the rest were 5 star and this one was the best. I’ve been in other 5 star hotels so I know what best means.
