All the staff was amazing! Always friendly, helpful and a smile on their lips. One waiter, asked why he was laughing: 'Oh, I am just happy.' Absolutely flabbergasted by the incredible sea view from our balcony 😍!

Amazing place! We loved everything - brand new common spaces, nicely decorated big rooms, fantastic breakfast and breath-taking view from the balcony to the seaside. The hotel is on the beachfront - one step and we were at the beach. The staff was very kind and helpful! We wanted to stay more but they didn't have availability. The beach was big and very nice and clean.

We have visited Chrysomare Beach Hotel and Resort in Ayia Napa with my wife and our 2-years old baby. The hotel is in an excellent location with a perfect beach and 3 large swimming pools. Our room and the hotel in general were very clean. I must admit that the hotel is a true sample of excellent hospitality. We have been amazed with the staff which was always very friendly and helpful. Especially Mrs Maria and Mr Michalis which are the responsible persons in the restaurant, were always by our side making us feel like home. We booked the all inclusive package with unlimited breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack and drinks. We have visited many hotels in Cyprus but I must admit that the buffet of Chrysomare is the best we ever tried. Huge variety of food, sweets and fruits. We felt like we are in a Michellin star restaurant. We gave our congratulations to the chef Mr Angelos and to his team. We have also met Mr Michalis Laifis the manager of the hotel and Mr George Panayi the Food and Beverage manager. Both were very friendly and helpful. Chrysomare Beach Hotel and Resort is one of the best hotes we visited in Cyprus and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely visit the hotel again in the near future.

Excellent hotel with great staff. Customer friendly welcome, they made an early check-in into the room possible which I really appreciated. The hotel is near of the city center. It has its own sandy beach, an outdoor pool, and nearby cafes and bars. It also has an indoor pool and spa. main tourist attractions are in a short walking distance. Hotel rooms are big and always clean , tidy. (Free parking is also an advantage .) It is worthwhile to book the all-inclusive package and to try out at least once the Harmony Spa facility. I can only recommend it. Food is very delicious (e.g. fantastic salad options; the traditional local diferent soups .was also very tasty; and I would also highlight the fishes during lunch and dinner time). Waiters and stuff at the bars are always helpful and kind.

With its huge outdoor swimming pool, this hotel is ideal for a relaxing break bathed in Mediterranean sunshine on the island of Cyprus.

The hotel was very clean and elegant, and situated close both to the beach and the center. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, with some even taking the time to remember my room number and nationality. One of the bartenders, who is also Bulgarian, even came to say hi, which was very nice. Other staff members also helped me carry my luggage to the room, and then to the taxi to the airport. The hotel offered breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and each started on the dot. The food was so varied, filling, and delicious. I especially liked how they included local dishes, too. My room was spacious and clean, and my balcony did indeed overlook the sea. I had two sets of chairs: inside and outside on the balcony. I also had a big TV, a bathrobe, and slippers. There was room service with a lot of choices. I really liked that the hotel was environmentally-minded, as they encouraged us to reuse towels and soaps. There were several pools that were cleaned every day, a wet bar, an outside bar, and an inside one. There were also many spa services offered, which I, however, did not try out. I guess that gives me a reason to go back to this wonderful hotel!
