everything was superlative. Always diverse, fresh food, a multitude from which you can choose. Appreciate the fact that between meals they have consistent snacks (cookies, puff pastry, pie, pancakes, pizza). Quality drinks, absolutely all, it should be noted that you can ask for daily bottles (1.5l) of water for consumption. The staff is a 10, polite, clean, very well trained and hardworking, absolutely everyone in the complex is a 10. impeccable cleanliness everywhere, every day, they changed the towels and cleaned the rooms. every time you came back to the room, it was ventilated and the air conditioner was on. the very polite cleaning ladies greeted you with the same warm smile every time you passed the corridor. clean pool, new, clean sunbeds. I stayed on the 7th floor, room 719, I had the most beautiful view. the rooms are large, the mattress very comfortable, comfort of 10. I have nothing to complain about. it was the most successful vacation from all points of view! we can't wait to come back! surely, from now on we will only come to the continental hotel. The hotel parking is protected 24/24, always closed, you can leave by car because they have video cameras and its number is registered at the reception. Parking costs BGN 20 per day. Next to the hotel you have a shop open until 12 o'clock, for cigarettes, hygiene, miscellaneous. The sea is a maximum of 5-6 minutes on foot. The hotel is very well located. very good food! there was no way you could leave hungry. wonderful sweets, cake, baklava, ice cream! We can't wait to come back!

We visited Golden Sands for the first time a few years ago, staying at another hotel, and that was when we first discovered the beauty of this Bulgarian resort. This year we were happy to return, and we chose Hotel Astoria. Why did we decide on Astoria? Both my wife and I work in the hotel industry in one of the northern capitals of Europe, so we approached the choice from a professional point of view. We carefully read the reviews on Booking.com, looked at the overall rating (which was high), and considered the location — close to the sea and the central points of the town. And we were not mistaken! From the moment we arrived, we evaluated the housekeeping with a professional eye, and it was excellent. At check-in, we faced a small difficulty, which sometimes happens, but the reception team, especially Elena and manager Katrin, resolved it quickly and professionally. This not only did not spoil our mood but actually lifted it and left us with admiration. Well done! The food and entertainment were also on a high level. We are certain we will come back again. From outside the hotel doesn't look impressive, but everything is new or renovated, our room was spacious, recommend room with sea view. The bed is comfortable, the shower is good too. The food was better then we expected, everything was delicious and big variety. Some queue to the station with grilled meat, but there are enough other choices if you don't want to wait. The snack bar is also nice.The drinks were good too, some better, some less, but overall we were satisfied. The pools area was clean , no problem to find available sunbeds and inside heated pool was good when it's chilly outside. Animation was ok, we didn't expect any at all, but there were a few nice things, like cabaret show and party with DJ and some other activities.

At the arrival we got an upgrade to the better category and the sea view. We loved the room, the stuff and the hole location. It was a lovely holiday and we enjoyed it really much. The different meal’s were very delicious and always a good variety of selection. If you want a good and relaxing all inclusive experience, then you need to book this hotel!

Perfect vacation, we will definitely return! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We have just spent a week at this hotel and we are absolutely enchanted. It's rare to find a place that can meet every need of a family, but here they managed it perfectly! The first thing you notice is the impeccable cleanliness. From the rooms to the common areas, everything is always sparkling and tidy. Huge praise for the care of the outdoor areas and swimming pools, always perfect and inviting. One of the most appreciated features for our family was the division of the zones: the relaxation area and pool for adults only and the one dedicated to families. This genius idea allows everyone to enjoy their vacation in complete serenity. Congratulations for thinking of this important detail! The management of operating hours was also commendable. The pool bar closing at 10:00 PM is the ideal choice to ensure nightly rest. We slept in total silence every night, which is not a given in a family-friendly hotel. It was rejuvenating. A special thank you goes to the entire reception staff, always available, smiling, and professional. In particular, I would like to thank the Manager, Maria Yaneva: by listening to our needs, she personally and very promptly handled our request, offering and assigning us a more spacious apartment that was perfect for our family unit. There is an inside swimming pool, sauna and SPA, so you can come at any time during the year. The food is also good, we were able to easily find something healthy and tasty at the same time. Amazing staff, especially the guy in the bar and the woman in the massage cabinet. We really enjoyed our stay.
