I loved the massage services. Especially Nadia who’s a top specialist Physiotherapist. Also loved all her colleagues from Spa center. I would mention also that the restaurant and room cleaning staff are also very helpful and nice generally.

Nice comfortable hotel in a quiet location opposite a beautiful park, friendly staff, comfortable beds and good sized rooms, good WiFi and breakfast, great for families and pet friendly. We loved it here and we will definitely come again.

Amazing staff and hosts! The size of the room was good with a balcony overlooking a lovely garden and one can see the mountains from the bed. Value-for-money breakfast and an excellent location. One can reach most points of interest on foot.

My wife and I spent two weeks at Hotel Bansko SPA & Holidays and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and quiet — perfect for a relaxing break. The spa area was a real highlight after long walks: well-maintained facilities and a calm atmosphere. Breakfast and dinner were fresh and varied, and housekeeping kept our room spotless throughout our stay. A special shout-out to Nikolay at reception, who made our visit exceptional. He was consistently professional, friendly, and proactive — answering every question clearly, offering local tips, and resolving small requests on the spot. His service set the tone for the whole stay. Overall, great value, attentive staff, and a relaxing spa. We’d happily return and recommend it to friends and family.
