General: big rooms, very friendly staff, especilly our Bulgarian waiter - Nikolai (always "no problem", good wine adviser, speeking many languages), and bar staff- so fast, knowing all drinks, speeking even Polish! All inculsive: one of thes best what we ever been, delicious food, good strong alkoholos, wines choice. Swimmig pool outside: water temp. min. 30 deegre +++ , nice saunas area. And there wasn't any problem to have late check out. So we could ski in the morning last day. For skiers info: ski room - you must see, so big, ski boxes: huge, heated of course, equipped in 230V, 5V sockests. Hotel offers small shuttle bus for skiers in the morning.

"I recently spent an unforgettable 3 nights at this hotel with my friends and I couldn't be more impressed. The location of the hotel is simply perfect - right on the ski slope! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm hospitality and top-notch service. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, making for a comfortable stay. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. A special shout-out to Elizabeth, the manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay a success, and to Piroska, the cleaning lady, who kept our rooms spotless. The premises was very comfortable and beautifully presented. We enjoyed having a balcony. The staff were delightful, friendly and helpful.

They have THE nicest staff, service, reception, housekeeping, polite, friendly, responsive. Austrian friendliness at its finest even in the last week of the season!! Nice saunas, quiet area, and also nicely equipped gym. The room was quiet and huge. Everything was superb!
