Mbano is truly an exceptional hidden gem hidden in a forest. Very eco friendly and everything was well thought to meet the high standards. Staff were super attentive the owner was very gracious and kind, she was always around for a chat. I had missed my flight but they made it a point to make my partner feel at home, by the time I got there the next day he had adapted and he was super chaffed that staff gave him all the love.
This was truly a humbling experience and I’m truly grateful. Mbano see you soon thank you so much for your hospitality

Victoria Falls is simply amazing.
Victoria Falls is simply amazing. It's always been on my bucket list and I am so happy that I finally managed to visit. From arrival to departure everything was so seamless and easy. the place is beautiful and safe. The falls, definitely something to experience. Will definitely visit again.

Our events included the Boma drumming and dance dinner. It represents the traditions of African music an dance. The Food was amazing. The whitewater rafting trip was great for thrillseekers, but it included a very vertical climb up and down that isn't advertised and at 65 I struggled. The Victoria Falls tour was amazing, the path very easy and the view fabulous. The sunset dinner cruise in the Zambezi allowed us once in a lifetime views and the food was great. Wrapping it up with a local lunch and shopping tour was the perfect ending to a wonderful memory making experience.

The staff were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make sure that we had a wonderful experience in Victoria Falls. My room was big, clean and comfortable (I loved the tub in the bathroom!) and the food was exceptional. The pool, air-conditioning and big mosquito nets were SO welcome, because of the heat.

Pamarah Lodge is a superb boutique hotel in a quiet area of Victoria Falls, with lovely food, a delightful pool and poolside area, great breakfast choices and delightful staff. The owners were lovely and took pains to greet us and chat throughout our stay which made it feel very special. The taxi company they use are excellent too. Our room was truly lovely, well furnished, super comfy bed and good outside private patio area with table and chairs.
A warm welcome, nice food, and great staff. I really appreciate the training of operating the quad bike by one of the Heritage staff Mr R Nkala, 'a job well done to him'. I highly recommend a stay at Victoria Falls Rainbow Hotel.

Hotel manager Elton did a great job and made my stay in Victoria Falls a great experience with his great recommendations and support. A cab driver is always available at the hotel, so that you don't have to make the 30-minute walk to the town center. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay & Siziwe did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable, [in spite of my physical problems] including a lovely gesture of welcome that we won’t disclose. We found that staying here & eating at the Victoria Falls Hotel gave us the best of everything at a tiny fraction of the price of the big hotels.
