A beautifully designed property with amazing staff, service and vibe. I traveled as a solo female adventurist and could not have felt more comfortable and safe here. The staff was very helpful, kind and patient in planning my tours and excursions. My ID was unknowingly left behind in a cushion. They found it and helped me to get it back with more ease than my resident country could through DHL. This is where we stay if we return to Victoria Falls!

when we reached I have had mistakely ordered double bed. but we are 2 friends. I amd Sizi and my tarvelmate immediately turned the double bed into two twin bed. that moment we had these nice pics.

The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location was perfect, close to nearby attractions eg the Rainforest or conveniences, e.g. downtown restaurants and shops.
This was truly a home away from home. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area, and we would definitely stay here again.
Sis Phindile and her team were incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing great local tips and ensuring our stay went smoothly.

Honestly, I enjoyed the Zambia side of Victoria Falls better than the Zimbabwe side. However, make sure you purchase the Kasa Univisa online. This allows you to enter both countries for $50USD. It is valid up to 30 days. The Kasa Visa makes your process through the Zambia immigration much smoother.

Incredible Falls; a wonder of the world. Bring a raincoat as the mist can feel like rain and it did, in fact, rain on us. Make sure to eat at the Lookout Café, which is true to which its name and walking distance from the Falls

It's the closest match to the photo, so I was very happy. The room was so clean, the terrace view was great, and I loved the tourist package the hotel connected me with for Victoria Falls! I will definitely come back here next time I visit again VicFalls !

Everything we needed for a comfortable stay & Siziwe did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable, [in spite of my physical problems] including a lovely gesture of welcome that we won’t disclose. We found that staying here & eating at the Victoria Falls Hotel gave us the best of everything at a tiny fraction of the price of the big hotels. Being a short taxi ride from the town centre means that it is much quieter than we expected.
