Not really a destination for tourists but a launching pad...
Not really a destination for tourists but a launching pad for the many wonders that Zimbabwe has to offer e.g. Victoria Falls, Zambexi River, Lake Kariba, Eastern Highlands and wildlife.
Pleanty of F&B places but expensive compared to South Africa.
Really friendly and helpful people.

Harare has beautiful malls, hotels and nice Restaurants.
Harare has beautiful malls, hotels and nice Restaurants. I liked the "Three Monkeys Restaurant". I also dined at Gava Restaurant. It was easy to get around as there are In Drive cabs.
Unfortunately, our Conference schedule was very tight, hence we didn't have time to tour Harare

Harare is a fantastic city to visit and stay.
Harare is a fantastic city to visit and stay. Generally people are very friendly and helpful. On the other hand traffic can be a nightmare driving through the CBD. Be mindful of kombi driver who can be a menace. The CBD is a very busy place with traders and vendors.
North of Samora Machel Rd life is very different as everything is nice and calm, very clean and quiet environment with beautiful Jakaranda three with purple flowers everywhere.
