They were very communicative. They also made sure that I was comfortable and taken care of. We needed an affordable and comfortable place close to the airport with an airport shuttle service and came across Airport Guest House. Within the quick rush of reserving and paying for the room I phoned the guesthouse to organize the shuttle and Gugulethu immediately assisted. The airport shuttle was able to pick my mom up in only 7 minutes and I was informed by Gugulethu that my mom arrived safely and will be in good hands.
