Set in Les Lagunes, 3.9 km from Konanda Reef, PORT VILA Airport Hotel offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. We were very much in doubt about this place, due to the low ratings. However, the reality is that the hotel was hit badly by the December 2024 earthquake and they are currently rebuilding the place. We got one of the new rooms. Thus, everything is freshly painted and all furniture is new. Consequently, we can highly recommend it for a night or two if you need to be close to the airport. It is just a short walking distance.

Located 6 km from Konanda Reef, Travellers Motel Vanuatu offers 3-star accommodation in Port Vila and features an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a shared lounge. Good location close to the coast, lovely staff, and the place is pristine, it feels like someone is cleaning the communal kitchen several times a day. The pool is great (and I am not a pool person :)). I left my bags for a couple of nights I was in Tanna, it was no problem. Fast WiFi. Great communal areas, two sitting areas and an outdoor kitchen. Each room has its own little kitchen area (fridge + sink) and bathroom. You get two towels and a soap. The dorm has lockers.
