I chose the hotel because it was close to the train station. I had to leave in the middle of the night, otherwise I would have missed my train. The building is old, but it has charm. As a European, I like the old building with its stucco and high ceilings. The furnishings in the room were fine. But I particularly liked the furnishings at reception. Especially the large grandfather clock and the seating furniture. I would have loved to take them with me. The room was clean and large and the bed was fine for me.
The staff don't speak English, but everything worked well with the translator. The staff are very friendly and smile a lot.

I had a little trouble when I checked in, but it was quickly resolved and I had a very comfortable stay. The room was easy to use and almost all the facilities were well maintained, so I was able to have a comfortable stay. The staff were also very kind and I didn't have to worry about anything. It's close to the train station, so it's the perfect location for me since I often travel by train. I was pleasantly surprised to see planes taking off from my room.

There's a swimming pool to refresh in a hot weather. Buffet breakfast has some variety of tasty food. Wi-Fi is OK for regular use. Staff is courteous and helpful. Very spacious and comfortable rooms with "floor to ceeling" windows and a very nice view over Vinh. Lovely shower and bathroom. I got the feeling of an international hotel in Vietnam. The service in the reception is excellent (Phượng is AMAZING) - I got followed up with everything regarding my transportation needs after the tropical storm, and also print out service for my future travel and bookings. Beds are a little too firm for my taste, but many people prefer firm beds. The location is a little bit off the very center of Vinh. I had an excellent stay - recommended 👍

Nghe An has a unique tea island in the whole country and it's very picturesque that cannot be found any where in Vietnam. Khe Kem waterfalls is OK but pretty far from Vinh. There isn't many choice for tasty food though.

Not much to do here . We stopped en route from Hanoi south to break our journey . We picked a hotel with s pool . Pool was green and not useable!
