The staff are really welcoming and always provide help when needed. The location is also near the center. The pickup service from the airport also made the trip much easier. The breakfast probides different kinds of food and snacks. Really enjoyed living here. They also sent me a little gift.

Was in a great position, on the bus route from Khiva and opposite the bus station. The staff were very accommodating and after a 10 minute wait, gave us our room around 10.30am. Plenty of hot water. A short taxi journey from the airport.

Urgench was a disappointment during my travels.
Urgench was a disappointment during my travels. I only visited because I was en route to Khiva, and unfortunately, the city did not meet my expectations. It felt very impoverished, with a lack of notable attractions. The only significant site is an amusement park, but it’s not in the best condition and doesn’t offer much in terms of entertainment or appeal.
