I put this first, because a lot of people may shy away from this place because it says on booking.com that it doesn't have wifi. Hostel is new, so everything is clean. Great showers- both hot water and pressure. Beds are comfortable, especially by 'Stan standards. Only thing I'd like added would be curtains on the beds.

Situated in Termiz, Comfortable Home Stay features accommodation with seating area. This guest house has a heated pool, a garden and free private parking. Everything was great. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The owners were very friendly and ready to help with anything, taxis etc. The location was not quite in the center, but it didn't bother since there were still a few restaurants nereby and the main sights are anyway outside of the city. Would definitely recommend staying here. If I come to Termez again will stay here for sure.

The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, very comfortable room with a view of the river and Afghanistan on the other side, Great breakfast and very good restaurants just meters away from the hotel, Lots of shops to buy traditional Afghan items, clothes, tea, saffron and much more ! Very good parking within the Free zone, To get in and out of the Free zone you go through passport check, but it's very fast, it's all within Uzbekistan

There is a terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking.... Great staff here. The manager speaks fluent English so it’s easy to sort things out. They even let me arrive at 5am even though checkin wasn’t until the afternoon, which saved me from being stranded in Afghanistan alone in the dark after a night bus. Decent breakfast too. They give you a lot to choose from. Also a great location 10 minutes walking distance from the Blue Mosque.
