The room is spatious and clean with all the amenities included and well organized. I am surprise that they provided additional body care product for free, and that's more than most of the competitors offers. The location is also very convenient, close to highway, lots of food, groceries and pharmacies within two-three min drive. Very good stay! I've stayed in other Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn and so on, and this is above the expectation.

The best part of our stay were the waffles. Breakfast has many choices and they have everything you need. It is clean and ample seating.
The rooms are great. The bed is comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The room was very clean.
Parking is free and the lot is well lit.
Great stay!
The only complaint would be the cost. It was expensive. We stayed here because we had tickets to the Michigan Wolverines football game. The location was good. We were not far at all from the stadium, about 20 minutes driving.
I would definitely stay here again.

The only thing that is good about the place is the staff.
The only thing that is good about the place is the staff. Everything was out dated in the room window was open. Smelled like weed. Curtains was ripped. Just a dirty place. We couldn't even find a different place to stay because of football game. Otherwise we would have left. Bed skirts was stained and torn.

As matter of fact, I decided on this place because of the friendly voice on the end of the phone snd awesome customer service that I received when I was calling around since I had dogs .
So was really thankful when I got there and seen how nice the place was.

Well customers are not first there I had Booking.com talk to front desk and instead of just giving me another room I was told they'd have someone clean it when it should have been clean before I got in there... I had to drive all the way to Dundee to find a better stay which meant I had 2 hotel rooms the one in Canton I refused to sleep in but since the room was pay for I went everyday just to check and each time I had to get a new key because Vi was locked out of my room.. The male staff don't know his name told me that if I stayed more than one day they key needed to be reset... first time I ever heard that one🙄

The staff was awful. It took me 30 mins to check in and I gave the man a physical credit card to pay for my room however they charged a different credit card because "they automatically charge the card you have on file at 6pm, all hotels do this according to the woman I spoke to" and added a $3 airport fee that was not explained at the time of check in. Simply letting me know what was going on could have made this a completely different review. but I realize customer service is a lost art. Simply refunding my card and charging the correct card could have cleared this completely up. Even if you are just a budget hotel being hospitable cost nothing and goes a long way. Take some pride in what you do.

I stayed 3 nights I had a restful sleep 1 night. The other two nights there were LOUD OBNOXIOUS PEOPLE THAT WOKE ME AFTER 1.5 HRS OF SLEEP AT 4:30 a.m. Fell back into a semi sleep only to get another of the same disturbance. Staff was alerted according to front desk personnel who warned them twice...Didn't help several people who were awakened twice....both rooms should receive a discount. The front desk people should have this shenanigans on video tape.
The carpet looked dirty, the sofa had stains on the cushions, dirty laundry...towels, washcloth, towel and bathmat left outside door for house maids but were not replenished. Not the quality expected.
