Missed breakfast. Bed so comfortable and with the black-out shades… slept until 9am. Room exceptionally clean as was the bathroom. Did not utilize the fitness room but was got in late and left by 10

I would recommend a homeless person to that place roaches mold my son has asthma and I told the guy that was in there I said bro I need my money back. He said you can’t get your money back do was about to get beat up. Didn’t even know it so I waited till 9 AM and I just said if I get my money back, we gonna have some problems. I came back over at 9 o’clock in the morning. He kept saying the same thing I said we better get your manager. I said because I’m about to call the health department and report y’all I got these pictures. The place is filthy.

Water park is closed Monday and Tuesday .
Water park is closed Monday and Tuesday . A lot of the activities like face painting wagon riding etc are only done on Saturday. But there’s still plenty to do swimming, pickle ball, mini golf, sand volleyball, tennis, bingo, arcade. Food is great at the grill.

Tyler is beautiful but lots of traffic but they keep it moving. We were there for a meeting at the Immaculate Conception Cathedral. Beautiful! We did some shopping and stayed over night for a doctor's appointment.

I loved the entire trip.
I loved the entire trip. I absolutely have nothing to complain. It was a family trip to celebrate my 8yr old son's birthday. Eventhough it was raining when we arrived it was a great weekend getaway.

The property itself is wonderful.
The property itself is wonderful. Room was large, clean and comfortable. the location made it easy to get on & off the freeway, and it was close to places to eat. I would suggest the Tex-Mex restaurant that is almost directly across the street. Great food, great staff and Happy-Hour Margaritas!! what's not to love.
The only downside of our stay was we were put in a room in the area of several T-Ball teams who were in town for a tournament. I sweat they practiced WWE moves ALL.NITE.
All in all, I would stay there again...just without the T-Ball folks :)

Tyler is amazing! The Rose Garden is absolutely beautiful. Went to both military museums. Have to say the Freedom Museum is one of the best military museums I've ever been to. Our hotel was off of Broadway. So, we were close to everything--restaurants, stores, entertainment. The people of Tyler are so kind and welcoming. Will definitely be going back.

First room smelled like raw sewage.
First room smelled like raw sewage. Second room circulating fan vibrated, no way to turn it off. Faucet was loose, had never been tightened underneath. Was moved to a larger room because of first room bad smell. Was charged $50 for the upgrade even though this was a staff decision.
