The swimming pool was awesome, broad opening hours (from 6ish in the morning to 11PM if I recall correctly), the staff was very kind, the lobby area and surroundings looked wonderful. Location is ideal, only a few minutes from the airport. Breakfast was very nice as well. If we ever come back to stay a few nights in Tampa, this would be our hotel of choice.

Great location for a Bucs game. 20mins max walk and beat all the traffic. Nice pool that was really quiet and clean. Rooms are huge and free buffet had everything my three kids could ever want. Lots of dining options on the doorstep.

Oldsmar is a quiet and affordable place, often chosen as a base thanks to its reasonably priced hotels. It offers parks, trails, and a safe, family-friendly atmosphere. However, being located at the far end of Tampa Bay, the waterfront is not very appealing. For real seaside experiences, the breathtaking white-sand beaches of Clearwater are just 20–30 minutes away. Overall, Oldsmar works best as a stopover or a convenient base rather than a final destination.

I have stayed here several times since opening and unfortunately this was a huge disappointment. I am originally from the Clearwater/Largo area but choose to stay here when I’m home to visit because of the suites, kitchen, and location. Not sure why, but things were different this time. The bedding was dirty, the sofa mattress was soiled, the microwave and kitchen light weren’t working. The bathroom shower molding was very dirty. The day manager was not very pleasant when attempting to accommodate my needs. Maintenance was friendly but didn’t return as promised to fix the light. Cleaning staff finished my floor without coming to my room but returned hours later. It’s unfortunate that I will be looking for another hotel for my visit in next month.
Let me be clear - prior to this experience I would rate this hotel a 5 and DEFINITELY recommend to others but this was a HUGE disappointment! The location is great and close to everything.

Tampa was wonderful....very clean and fresh. I used Get My Guide for a tour of the city. Jerome was an excellent tour guide, plus I was picked up at my hotel. I stayed at the Barrymore Hotel on the Riverwalk. It has a fantastic location right on the riverwalk providing activities to venture to in either direction. The hotel also provides a free shuttle with a 2 mile radius, as well as a free shuttle to the cruise terminal! I used the free shuttle to Ybor City and Ulele restaurant (delicious food and ambiance),. Columbia Restaurant is a famous gem of Spanish Restaurants and a definite place to have lunch or dinner. I used the free trolley to tour around different areas in the city. My one draw back was the ferry to St. Petersburg was not working. That information should have been provided on their website, so I didn't have to find out after arriving at the ferry terminal departure point and having to rearrange my entire day's activities. The Christmas decorations on the river were very enjoyable on my evening walks!

I chose this location because it was close to Tampa Downs. I only had to drive about a mile or two between the hotel and my destination. I brought food from home and used the refrigerator and microwave in my room, which worked out great.

We have stayed at Springhill Suites Westshore for many many years, both on arriving or leaving Florida. We have never been disappointed. The staff are always kind, friendly and supportive, the rooms are spacious and the beds always comfortable. The breakfasts are always good and plentiful. The car parks both front and rear are spacious and the hotel is easy to reach from Tampa International Airport or from elsewhere in Florida. Two large shopping Malls are located nearby as well as many restaurants too
