False advertising. It is not a suite.
False advertising. It is not a suite. It is a small room with sink and cabinets/ frig/ microwave on one end. Kitchen cabinets were empty. Not stocked as advertised. I booked a queen bed and got a double bed with a poor mattress. NO ICE MACHINE. No toiletries in room. Price was very high for the area $242 and was not worth it. Grab and Go breakfast, expected more for the price.

It was a nice community.
It was a nice community. We ate at Wood Stone craft pizza which was great! Lots of nice shopping nearby. Very convenient to train station at Springdale. The Town Place 2 bedroom suite was wonderful for our family!

Lots of good restaurants (ate at Olive Garden & Longhorn Steak House). Close to my sister-in-law's home. Wish the weather had been better

Clean, safe place to visit.
Clean, safe place to visit. Went to a concert at the Walmart Amp and had a wonderful experience. Terrific venue. Plenty of name brand shopping as well as some mom and pop's. Eateries were the same. We ate at Culver's. Very fresh tasting for fast food and employees bring your food instead of just calling out your name 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Traffic was not bad, but did have a few roundabouts that l appreciate, but can be challenging to the inexperienced.
Surrounding scenery is stunning. If you love forests, drive in, don't fly.

Fayetteville is a college place.
Fayetteville is a college place. People are friendly as well as huge razorback fans. We enjoy the excitement of the community.
I found Fayetteville easy to navigate. I really didn't get a chance to try any restaurants as we were with family and had our meals at their house.

You will find yourself in the middle of a location that offers EVERYTHING you could possibly need, that also happens to be beautiful at the same time. We went to the Walmart AMP for a rock concert while we were there and while over sold in the lawn area, it was such a good time. I will be buying seated tickets next time though.

Fayetteville is a great college town!
Fayetteville is a great college town! Campus and surrounding area is beautiful and lots of outdoorsy things to do. UArk always seems to have a sporting event happening when I'm there. So much fun to attend the college games.

Rogers is a nice town with a really cool vibe.
Rogers is a nice town with a really cool vibe. Less busy than nearly Bentonville and more laid back. It has interesting shops, bars, businesses, and restaurants. We enjoyed hanging out by the train park, watching kids play and seeing people walk their dogs, etc. Haven't been to a concert there but I bet they have some good ones.
