I love the staff I unfortunately forgot my toothbrush and the gentleman at the front desk is come on down with that one for you well he realized there wasn't one available so he actually ordered one for me and they delivered it to me I was so shocked and appreciative of how I was treated like that I just want to give a shout out to all the people at this hotel they're awesome

Staff were fabulous, couldn’t do enough for you.
The location is great, a metro line (tram) right outside the hotel to take you to the centre or airport.
The room was very big, clean, comfy and quiet.
Breakfast was yummy.
Pool/gym on site and even a laundry room.

Santa Clara is home to Apple and many other tech companies. There were many Asian restaurants, as well as other types. We found everything to be very very expensive. A simple udon / tempura cafeteria type restaurant with no alcohol, and one shared beverage was $48!
Definitely need a car to get around but we were also very impressed with the extensive bike paths clearly marked along all streets. It was also so clean with lovely trees and vegetation everywhere.
We loved the Cupertino area. Lots of great eating options, although prices were very high.

There is so much homelessness in the San Jose area.
There is so much homelessness in the San Jose area. Govenor Newscum is making our beautiful state of California an nasty pit where homelessness abounds. You really have to look around for good rated hotels who have people who make sure the area is clear of homeless people. Had Govenor Newscum used the funds he received to provide for the homelessness or if he closed the borders we would not be in this situation. He needs to GO!

The second room I got moved to smelled like smoke! Anita at the front desk said she was going to let the GM know! Who knows if she did! I still haven’t heard back nothing

We were returning ex-pats so knew the area well.
We were returning ex-pats so knew the area well. Nice area, lots of places to shop and eat. More homeless people then we remember. Glad we rented a car so we could visit family in Santa Cruz many times during our stay. Did so much thrift shopping and garage sales that we had to buy an extra suitcase to bring all the treasure home.

Look for the red checkered tables outside and you're there.

Made sure not to be out driving during rush hour traffic times like after work hours.

The weather was amazing. I really enjoyed the business in San Pedro Square Market - great food and vibe. Eat a breakfast burrito at La Victoria Taqueria with their orange sauce. You will be very greatful.

Small town on the edge of the Bay Area. Has nice things for people who live there. If you are not from Milpitas, then the only good reason to stay overnight there is if they put you in Santa Clara County Jail. It is in Milpitas.

If Breakfasts included in the price is an important factor, do not choose this hotel. Honestly it was just like any average hotel. It was within close driving distance to restaurants. You will also pay an additional $15 each day for parking. When a hotel lists breakfast included and you don't get it, either Booking.com has the problem or the hotel does. It became our problem at any rate. In either case we did not get one, drove down the street and paid $68 at an ordinary Waffle house for eggs, bacon and waffles.
$300 overnight stay is expensive... period.

Room inspections a little more because my bed was loose at the head of the bed. I sit at the foot and the head raises up like the beds going to flip over. And there was a Band-Aid on the heater dials that were on the wall room 321. The walls in the shower needed to be washed down. There was hair on the walls of the shower.
