Hotels near San Francisco International Airport - SFO, San Francisco

The hotel is conveniently located by free shuttle from SFO, breakfast is exceptional and included, great shower, bed very comfortable, good shopping centre not far, saves going into San Francisco

I liked that it was in close proximity to the airport and it appeared clean. I did not like the fact that there was a strong musty smell that was overwhelming at times. It made me uncomfortable, and gave me a feeling of uncertainty as to what was I breathing. It was an unhealthy moldy environment; not sure what I was breathing in while asleep.

UBER costs $40 to travel from the airport to the hotel in the morning. Several restaurants are nearby. I recommend the sushi place near another hotel and the pizza two blocks away. Outstanding! Otherwise, there is nothing to see or to do, perhaps near 1550 hotel..

We booked this hotel because it was next to the Millbrae Bart Station. We attended the Millbrae Street Fair which was about 3 blocks away. A beautiful city, very clean. This hotel was very clean and attractive. Nice decor. We will recommend this place to our friends and family.

My son left his switch in the room’s drawer, we called the Hotel immediately after we notice about my son forgot his switch, and was told to leave message for house keeping department, many voice message was sent, never get a call back from them. On our way home from Bay Area, we stop by the hotel, talk to the front desk’s manager, she is pretty nice, and took us to the room, and we check the switch is not there, and was told the house keeper may keep and the department was closed, manager don’t have the key to it, and she told us they will check their lost and found the next day, will give us a call back. Next day they call back and left the message stated that they didn’t find the switch, for sure the house keeping department they took it!

You have to drop $100.00 to stay, for security. For two separate nights I dropped $200. I'm supposed to get reimbursed, but I'm not confident they'll try to rationalize keeping the security deposit. Wyndham could not re-book my change in schedule. Told me they had no authority. Go to Expedia which I did not know I had my room booked there. Expedia told me they could not re-book. I won't ever book with Wyndham Travelodge and Expedia. Try calling 1-650-583-9600 and you won't be able to reserve a room. Incrrdibly bad service. Towels, but no soap/shampoo in the shower. Window curtain blocks airflow from the heater so only the window is warm. Go figure.
