First time here and this place really rocks! So modern and professional. Staffs were friendly and hospitable. Room was spacious and nicely furnished with king bed and all the toilet amenities. Facilities provided (pool and gym) were great for some relaxing. The bar area came with wide spread of stuff to be purchased freely at anytime. The lobby lounge area was super chill, even with great live music! The free shuttle bus service to/from airport was essential and nice thought out. In short, I had a fantastic stay!

The staff were so so kind, I got off my 11 hour flight during which I had food poisoning and they kindly helped me find a banana which I could try to eat, at about 11PM at night!
The location was so helpful to the airport, the facilities were excellent - loved the guest laundry. The rooms were also so so comfortable.

It looks really nice outside and in. The room was clean, the shower worked well and the water was hot. There was a well appointed restaurant within the hotel that opened at 5:30 am, served good food with very friendly staff. The shuttle was every 15 minutes with friendly drivers and free. Loved it.

San Francisco International Airport is located 13 miles (21 kilometres) from downtown San Francisco. BART Rapid Rail runs regular trains into the city centre, taking around 30 minutes, while Millbrae Station (accessed via BART) offers hourly services to San Jose. A taxi will cost between USD 47 and 60 and take about 20 minutes.

We were double charged for the room.
We were double charged for the room. Did not state anywhere in my reservations that there was a 35.00 plus tax a day parking fee, such a scam for 3 miles away from the airport. Shuttle doesn’t run most of the day closed 930 am to 530 pm . We had a rental and we were pleased with it no connection to hotel . Manager on duty only refunded part of what they charged, and was billed 2 X for parking, better part of 75.00 bucks . No pool just the minimum amenities. Breakfast was descent.

The area of South San Francisco where the hotel is located is fine for taking lonely walks around what is essentially a business park, but there's not much to walk to. (There is a Starbucks and a few restaurants about 1/4 mi. to the north.) South San Francisco's downtown, which has a train station that takes you to the airport or downtown San Francisco francisco, contains restaurants open in the evening, is on the other side of the railroad tracks and a little hard to get to unless you're a jogger.

I arrived in the evening, tired and hungry and was pleasantly surprised to learn I could take out from the restaurant up to my room - including wine! Perfect for weary travellers.

This hotel is honestly so much above my expectations.
This hotel is honestly so much above my expectations. We needed a place with parking and this hotel seemed to be one of the very few in SF area with on site self-parking. I didn’t expect much from the room but was pleasantly surprised. We stayed in a 2 beds suite, which was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Hotel is just minutes away from the airport. I will book this hotel again when visiting SF in the future.

We booked this stay due to an early morning flight out of SFO. Their free shuttle runs 24/7 and was able to easily get us to the airport in time for our flight. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. I recommend staying here.

Make sure you won't have a long wait for the shuttle. I needed a break after a long flight. If I had not gone into San Francisco and stayed the night, returning home the next day. I would have had seven more hours in airports and returned home after midnight. It saved me.
