The only plus factor about this hotel is the room which was clean, good sized and comfortable No drinking water was provided, which is very unusual for any hotel of this category. When asked at reception, I was told to get it from the beverage machine or fill up at the water dispenser in the Gym. Two things strike me as a lack of trust by the hotel management towards guests. I have never seen plates being handed out at the breakfast room and having to show a coupon is also not often practiced. Why is breakfast starting so late at 7.00 a.m.? Is there is motive?

It is an international airport and has many terminals. Would see a few other languages for ware Farer signs. You would need assistance to move within the airport if you are physically unable to walk long distances.

Des Moines is excellently located, on a beautiful waterfront offering a wonderful view of the bay, along major thoroughfares to Seattle and/or the airport. It's way quieter than those communities along the highway and driving the up-and-down streets is quite a trip in itself.

The area is mostly shopping, offices, and housing. We ate at both the Olive Garden which was pretty quiet, good food and clean. The next night we ate at The Cheesecake Factory. Noisy, expensive and crowded. Not a place to sit and visit. Both places had good food. L

It's amazing SeaTac functions at all, it is not user friendly in any way, it's way too crowded and officials in any capacity are stressed and not particularly friendly. Not a great experience for those visiting Seattle, but there's no other option

It's a convenient place to stay when I have a flight...
It's a convenient place to stay when I have a flight from SeaTac. I like the quiet town there. I haven't explored much but I found a nice harbor and a park with a trail near by. I'll try to stay longer to enjoy the town next time.
