Very friendly staff, rooms were spacious and clean, we arrived late after our 5 days of hiking / rafting in the Grand Canyon and despite the fact that their restaurant was closing for the day the chef offered to make us a nice salad with grilled chicken since all of us were starving. I can't say anything about the area, because I didn't left the hotel because I was there just for one night. TV works fine, everything was clean. Service was nice too. In reception they have coffe.

This Extended Stay America - Phoenix - Airport is located in Phoenix and especially designed for longer stays, with all rooms featuring a fully equipped kitchen. Close to airport, quiet location, great value for money. Pretty basic, small kitchenette (not equiped with any plates knives forks plates cups etc.). Had cheap coin laundrette which was a bonus. Reasonable sized room.
