Was very accommodating when initial room did not have a sofa bed and was quick to switch me to one that did along with keeping my hot tub/jacuzzi request in my booking. So was very happy and relieved about that! Jacuzzi was AMAZING!!! No further words needed! Breakfast selection was great! Quick to refill the hot items! Would absolutely come back and stay another night when I visit Michigan again!
