We will definitely stay here again. Although the hotels decor is a little dated, they definitely make up for it in cleanliness! ( and trust me, I checked) It's very clean and the be is very comfortable. The free continental breakfast is really good, and you have access to free tea/ coffee and juice all day. They go the extra mile by offering free ladies sanitary products in the bathrooms near the pool. And we got a phone call about 15 minutes after we checked in to make sure we were happy with everything which was just a nice touch. I've stayed in far more expensive hotels and had worse experiences the staff here really care and it truly shows!

The main reason for my high rating is the staff at this hotel. Everyone when above and beyond to help us out with our stay. You will not find a friendlier staff anywhere - I hope the owners of this hotel appreciate how amazing their staff are.

Both staff members during check in and check out were absolutely wonderful. I wish I remembered their names. I believe the woman had an accent of some sort and the guy in the morning was very friendly and funny.

Two things wrong, they do not give you enough towels for 2 people. There towels are small, so, there should at least be 2 towels per person that is staying in the room. The same with the coffee too. Staying 2 nights, should be more coffee. At least enough for a cup per person for 2 days. The room price goes up, but the supplies go down.

Well worth the drive up from Detroit; the musical we saw at the Boardwalk Theater was outstanding. There is a lot to see and enjoy in St Clair and in Marine City nearby. Highly recommend on a beautiful fall day in Pure Michigan.

Would've liked to stay longer to check out more of the area but what we did see, we enjoyed. The nearby light house was interesting and the beach beside it was nice, we talked to some locals that were very friendly and fellow rock hounds too!

Clean and nice to walk around.
Clean and nice to walk around. There was a cold wind when we went but the sun was out and lots to see. The Star Casino serves great food and I would say do go there, it was the Match Restaurant we went to. Friendly people and we had a good number of Good Mornings as we walked around.

A uniquie facility with excellent staff. It is very well maintained and has a great view of the St Clair river from rear side and the pool area. The Restaurant (The dive) was a huge disappointment, really awful food at an extremly high price

our passports were expired so we stayed in Sarnia.
We would prefer Pt. Huron as the restaurant selection in
Sarnia was very similar to each other and really no ethnic
variety at all.

The St. Clair Inn is an historic hotel right on the St. Clair River that has been beautifully refurbished. We were totally pleased with our overnight stay there. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back there.
If you're going out for breakfast, which we love to do, the prices are similar to other restaurants, only you get to watch the ships go by.
The hotel is very close to a beautiful waterfront park, too. The road out front is lined with gorgeous homes. We highly recommend this location.

This is a great location for people from across the border...
This is a great location for people from across the border to eat, shop and relax, as I did.
It's friendly town with lots of good services, and easy access either off the International bridge or the major highway. This motel is in an excellant location, and is being remodelled, and it looks great!
