The room was very spacious and clean, same with the bathroom and the whole place smelled clean too. I like the layout of the room with the bed tucked in the corner for privacy. Good hotel with all ammenities you need. Shopping nearby and good restaurants in Norwood. This hotel is not far away from downtown Boston though the traffic can be very heavy. Norwood has a train station and perhaps that would have been a better option to get to Boston.

You have a nice looking lobby and room was clean. The AC unit was loud. In Booking.com it says $6 for breakfast, I understand if it was a mistake, but when I brought it up and showed the manager she didn't have the decency to at least apologize for this (How was I suppose to know this) All she said was "well, that's booking.com problem that has nothing to do with us" I just feel it could have been handled differently and It would have changed my experience over all. At first she made me feel as If I was lying, then when I showed her the evidence she just blamed Booking.com. I understand you might be running low in workers but probably something to look at. I don't think I would use this location again, I felt mistreated. RUDE LADY AT THE FRONT.

Coming by car to Boston, this was the best option to leave the car in a parking lot and have accommodation close to a train station that would commute to the very center of the city. Also, close to a full-option shopping center.

Outside is run down and unkept, smokers were right outside our room. Sand buckets for butts at every door. closet appeared to have nicotine drips on hanging rod but room did not smell like smoke. Strong smell of bleach. Sheets were clean and bed was comfortable. We literally slept for 6 hours and left to go home after late night concert. High price for not much to offer. There were towels but not enough wash clothes or hand towels.

As I reflect back to the time of my stay at the very uncomfortable Inn in Randolph, I can now only appreciate the better Hotel I am writing from now: The Holiday Express in Randolph. Let me use satire as my way of communicating my almost hilarious stay at what they call themselves: The Comfort Inn. There's the paper detectors that you go through to make sure you are not carrying a notebook and a pen with you as you enter, because they certainly don't want a nosey journalist writing surveys about their stay. No, they do not wish for you to mention there's no metaphorical locks on their doors because really, how would their maids be able to enter your room in order to search for unsavory implementations of negative rumors or unseen calulations, harboring discontent with your stay? They will refrain from warning you that their room detectives are allowed to search your room even while you're asleep, dreaming of the Holiday Express, while they search for that pesky journal of yours... their theory is simply that you come to their establishment in order to convey to the world through your surveys all about their faulty heating systems and leaking windows during heavy rains. No, they do not want you to write anything at all about their all consuming, reckless abandonment of their relentless lack of decency of your right to use what they call, "Third-party surveys! I once thought extremely highly of their friendliness, but isn't often the case that the most devious of intentions often come out of the bodies of the most kindest of mankind?

Needham has a lot of great restaurants and is close to Boston. Getting around Needham by car is easy. The hotel is close to Panera, which the grandkids loved. There are also nice restaurants for couples like Blue, which had wonderful gourmet pizza! There are supermarkets nearby and all kinds of stores.
We like that it is less expensive than staying in Boston, a really nice town, easier to park, and yet close enough when you want to visit Boston.

This hotel is clean and up to date. They have a gym, a breakfast area. Laundry and a ramp in the lobby to access the main floor. It is not directly located on a main road but it is easy to find and it is quiet. It is easy to get around Braintree and it's only 20 minutes from South Boston. Theres lots to see in Boston. Easy access to Logan Airport.

Restaurants were within walking distance which I like because I don't like to have to go too far after a long drive to find a place to eat. The food at the Chateau was excellent and the service was very good. There was easy access to the highway to get to where we needed to go. We were there to attend a family funeral so this was not a
vacation/fun trip so we did not engage in any activities.

Great place to stay and relax or work. Close to all restaurants and outdoor mall for delivery or takeout. Residence Inn in Dedham has nice and clean rooms kitchen ware and full size fridge to store leftovers. Full size microwave to heat up leftovers. Spacious bathroom and living area. Clean and modern hotel. Ordered sushi from Genkiya at Legacy place and Chinese food from Bamboo by the Holiday Inn across the highway. Speedy delivery since the Residence Inn is so close to Legacy place. Even a whole foods in walking distance to get groceries.
