The AC Hotel in Worcester is a very modern and comfortable hotel in the heart of the town. I stayed there to visit one of the Universities, and all my destinations in and around town very easily reached from the hotel. The hotel has a garage which turned out to be a Godsend as it unexpectedly snowed at night. Moreover, the hotel serves an exceptionally reasonably priced breakfast buffet. Personally, I preferred the weekday selection to the American breakfast on the weekend, but both served enough options for everyone to be well fed in the end.
The room was very spacious with a beautiful bathroom, a desk, and couch.

No hot water in sink.
No hot water in sink. They sent someone to fix it and he supposedly did…but no, not hot water at bathroom sink entire time.
The tub was clogged, standing water about 3” during a shower. He was able to unclog that.
They refunded parking for our trouble since we couldn’t even park where they said we could for the $15.00 fee.
I think the entire stay (one night) should have been credited.

The location, the room was large and everything was clean. It's pet friendly, and I had my cat with me.
Everyone was friendly. The bed was VERY comfortable. Lots of squishy pillows! A very nice large TV. The chair was very comfortable. I wanted to take it home.
The bathroom was very clean, and I loved the way they have large bottles of shampoo and body wash attached in the shower. There's a microwave, fridge, hair dryer, and coffee maker. Everything was great! I would definitely stay there again!

The hotel is well suited for people travelling to Boston. Well priced for interim stay. We felt getting tot he hotel from the highway was a bit tricky. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The plumbing and electronics worked. The staff is courteous but make sure they are billing you correctly before leaving, we had to get some corrections done.

I would also recommend the nightclub Rascals if you are looking for a great night of entertainment.

It’s a nice place to stay if you are in the area.
It’s a nice place to stay if you are in the area. I didn’t see a lot of the town, however everywhere we went , we were treated kindly. My daughter also found two wonderful restaurants for us to enjoy; one was a tapas place, and the other Italian. Those two places may have actually been in Worcester, but they were close to Auburn, which was very convenient for my daughter to pick me up and drop me off.

This place charged me twice for 1 night i was taking a nap and they knocked made me sign a paper that i already signed that same day with another employee he said i was not being charged twice i told him i already payed i showed him the card payment so i signed i check my card charged twice 1 in 83 and another one 80 idk if its booking or hotel fault but the employees where rude

Room could have been cleaner & with working bathroom handles, the black stains around tub were gross, the tub handle didn’t work properly so your shower ended up being where ever the handle fell too (cold water!) the room smelled! Would have not said anything until I was double charged for the room! Called customer service (sent messages to all parties) front desk were just defiant and argumentative and would not correct the price I was quoted on BOoking .com so instead of $ 169. I was quoted (paperwork also sent to parties) I was charged $319.! No one could fix! Hotel blamed booking and booking said it was hotel. So basically I’m out the extra money!! Just stay at your own risk ⚠️
