I stayed at this hotel while attending a conference, as it was recommended by the company — and overall, it exceeded my expectations. The hotel is clean, well-organized, and in a perfect location — right across the street from the conference venue, which made things incredibly convenient.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport was a huge plus. That said, it would have been even better if the hotel offered complimentary breakfast. Also, the elevator could use some updates — it felt a bit slow and not very efficient.
Still, I had a positive experience and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for business travelers or conference attendees.

I loved how there was breakfast for me and my friends to eat for free instead of going to buy our own food. The front desk person was really nice as well. My room was super close to the shuttle bus I was taking so I loved it.

Everything was great!
The room was nice, good size, and comfortable bed.
I have also appreciated free parking.
The only part what did not meet my expectations was the pool. In the description it says the pool is heated, while it was obviously not heated. The small hot tube was heated but still too cold to use.
Besides this the hotel was fine and I was satisfied.

Upland is a beautiful community with beautiful malls, shopping centers, and close to grocery stores, liquor outlets and places of worship. We did a wine tasting at Joseph DiFillippi Winery and had dinners at many fine dining establishments. Getting around town was simple and access to major routes was perfect.

our room actually had a old wood table with a broken leg. the 2 chairs were so old and dirty
you couldnt tell the color.
the bathroom was clean
but the sheets and towels were old and had holes.

This is a bedroom in Carmen's house . You share the bathroom, kitchen , coffee maker & other facilities with the other renters and Carmen. We didn't use the kitchen so we can't comment on that. The swimming pool is nice and the views of Mt. Baldy are beautiful. Very quiet neighborhood. Not within walking distance of any services , grocery stores or restaurants. Carmen is a lovely person.

The city itself is wonderful a beautiful place however the Super 8 Motel in Upland California was horrible. As I traveled on a Greyhound bus for hours from Arizona. I was told up on my arrival by the management that they do not take credit cards they only took cash money. I had to put a holding deposit fee down before getting a room and they we're already filled when I arrived the owner quickly canceled my reservation unsatisfied!

If you are looking for comfort, as sense of security and peace of mind, spend the extra money and go somewhere else. This property appeared to be a halfway house for recently paroled individuals that were awaiting permanent housing accommodations. If less than savory individuals and contact highs are your thing, you are in luck! LOCK YOUR CAR!!

The first room they put me in had a bad light bulb. I went to the front desk and told the person at the desk about it. She said oh I’m very sorry. I said please send someone to fix it. She said no I’m going to move you to another room. She upgraded us to a suite at no extra charge. The room was wonderful! This place went beyond what I expected! Thank you again! I hopefully will be back again soon.
