The front desk staff and the cleaning staff were all very friendly and helpful. I loved that there were several food options across the street and it’s near a Royal Farms Gas, so we could fill up and hit the road. Convenient location. It was clean, comfortable, and didn’t have any weird smells. The reading lights were convenient. The desk area was useful. It was spacious. The walk in closet was a pleasant surprise.

The bedroom and bathroom is large and the bed comfortable. The pull out sofa has a good mattress.
Our receptionist at checkin was friendly.
There is a good kitchen with a range of implements and things to cook with.
There is a good breakfast but it’s a real shame there’s no evidence of recycling. it would be great to see hotel chains like this showing leadership in this vital area.

Worst hotel I ever stayed at! BAD attitudes from the start. Not helpful in any way. I asked for a decaf coffee for my room and the lady at desk told me to go across the street and buy it! No wakeup call. The sink had crud around the drain hole and both outlets by my bed did not work so my phone battery died. When I called the frint desk the man said there is nobody on site to fix it. It was so horrible and the bad attitudes from the start had me believe they sent me to a non-working room )furthest from the elevator even though I told the lady I have muktiple sclerosis (thankfully not in a wheelchair). Btw, when I spoke to the manager, I got the same bad attitude! She said she would call me back but she never did.

I booked the room online for a guest. My guest was forced to leave and travel to a bank because my online payment method was not honored at the property. They required cash to honor my reservation. I expressed my concern about paying cash and my credit card being charged and was assured that wouldn't happen. Well it did! They took the cash from my guest, did not give a receipt, then charged my credit card the next morning. The front desk staff were rude! Unwilling to resolve the issue in a timely fashion and neglected to provide my guest with a receipt for the cash given at the time of arrival. Even after my guest called and requested a copy of the receipt, it was never sent!

Know that there is a small daily parking fee at the hotel that you are not made aware of until checking in.
We had no hot water for showers the whole time we were there. They were supposed to be trying to fix it, but it was never fixed. We even waited until after 11 pm to take showers thinking that maybe after everyone in the hotel went to bed the hot water would build back up and we even got up before 6:30 am thinking the same thing, but it made no difference.

This 1 day booking was an extension onto several days booked at the same place. In my previous review, I commented on the level of commerce in the area and the traffic and noise encountered. I am originally from that area and it has changed a lot & not for the better. If I ever travel to Baltimore again, I will definitely not stay in that area.
Furthermore, regarding my room, there weren't any lamps or bedside table in the room and it was very dark. I left the bathroom light on so I could see to get to it at night. For several reasons, I left a day before I was scheduled to.

The hotel is located on a lightly traveled road. I found this hotel well suited for a business traveler. Quiet nights for sleeping, complimentary breakfast was very good.
There is some exercise equipment and an indoor pool. Modest in size but functioning.
5 minutes off I-95 on the Northeast side of Baltimore. Nice restaurants are 10-15 drive into Nottingham/ White Marsh area.
The overall all value of this Hotel was very good. If the rates remain valuable...I will definitely stay there again
