Self-check in, never met the hosts but were kind and communicative. Despite being a small room it had everything needed for short stays: mini fridge, sink, dishware, microwave, smart TV, hot water, AC and a comfortable bed. Enough place for guests to park next to the property. Highly recommended to bring a car. Actual property location is a few blocks away from the one provided by Booking, make sure to read and save the information sent by the hosts for check in.

The location is very good as its in front of the airport plus they provide a shuttle service for airport drop.

Great breakfast options! Room was clean and the bathroom upgrade was beautiful. The location was 15 mins away from the Pontchartrain Convention & Civic Center which we had a competition at and there were tons of food options near the hotel. Great experience and will be booking again next year.

I like the location, the size of the rooms, the hotel size, it's proximity relative to everywhere I'd likely travel being that all family and friends are mostly in the Kenner/Metairie area.....there's not much I don't like about the St. Rose location.

Lakeside Mall is still a great indoor mall. Old Metairie has some good restaurants and stores. My son really like the Bricks and Minifigs Lego resale shop! And of course the Lego store. Easy drive to get to your favorite spots in New Orleans. Lots of Grocery Store options. I always bring my cooler! I love Zappardos. Really I love all the groceries in Metairie. So many options. Not usually a thing for visitors to go to, but there is nothing like a South Louisiana grocery.

The room doesn't have cups, ice bucket or tissues. 2 towels only and you can't get more unless you turn in old ones. I tried at 2am and staff wouldn't answer phone or come to lobby window. Remote to tv didn't work. Walls are thin, very noisy. A/C unit rattled & heat kept coming on when we didn't want it to.

Jefferson was fine it was the motel that was not acceptable. I was there for one night . I had surgery the next morning. We ate at a lovely restaurant. Yes getting around Jefferson is easy. I would avoid the motel I stayed in.

Reached with my wife and two kids late night.
Reached with my wife and two kids late night. I was given a room by the reception lady, far far away from the main reception. Had to walk with all the luggage. There was no lift and no one to help. Had to use stairs and carry all the bags.
2) Reached the room, there was no WIFI! Could not call the hotel reception from the room didn't see an option so had to walk all the way back only to find no one there. Waited 5min and another person had come there. Asked him that wifi password is not working and was told that yes it's down. I asked when it will be restored and was informed it's on and off!!! Basically the first hotel I stayed with NO WIFI!!! Couldn't the lady who handed me the keys and the wifi password have said this to me when checking in??
3) Next day went down to check on the breakfast. And it was NOT there! No food. I asked the reception, a different lady this time, she said the storage facility they had was hit by hurricane and will get restored this week!!! Really! Couldnt they make alternate arrangements??? My kids were hungry and we had to vacate the room just so that we could go and get breakfast as there was nothing nearby.
4) The hotel carpets, the room bedsheets, the stairs seemed to not have cleaned for days. The pool was dirty with black water!!
Why was it advertised that Free wifi free breakfast when I couldn't get any of the service for paying the money I spent !!!! Need a refund!!!!!

Everything was great from the room to the breakfast they served and it was always hit every morning we stayed. The only thing I didn’t like was the morning to evening older clerk that worked before Trinity came in wasn’t that friendly and never made eye contact as if she didn’t want to be bothered just plain rude. But I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone still.

The service was great but the room had certain concerns that needs too be address such as the room I occupied room 212 needed repairs too the sink it had a leak that needed to be repaired so had the first desk bring a bucket to catch the water and also the ac unit needs too be repaired are maybe updated I cleaned both filters and the ac unit didn't blow cool enough too the functioning standards the room still was hot in the near future respectfully I would never book the Metairie location in new Orleans I would book at a better la quinta establish next time
