From the start to the end the gentlemen sadly I dont remember his name was tremendously helpful. I have arrived in a terrible state as I had a very bad day, but his kindness and warmth made me feel so much better. The acomodation has everything you need and is super close to the airport. It was clean comfortable excellent value for the money. I would recommend this place to anyone

I stayed at the Days Inn. The room was very comfortable and had a great view, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Room service was excellent—prompt and friendly. The location was convenient, close to local restaurants and shopping areas. It was also just a short drive from the airport, which made traveling really easy.

Buzzing city, Little Havana is well worth a visit. As we only had one full day we only visited Little Havana and downtown Miami. Would have done more. Not the easiest city to get around as public transport isn’t great.

It was an older hotel.
It was an older hotel. The carpet was really dirty and felt wet . The shower was all scuffed up. A lot of hair from previous guests in the bathroom. It was close to highways and nighttime construction going on so it was very noisy. It was not what I’d expect from a Holiday Inn.

Florida have some of the best highways I’ve experienced anywhere for a long time. Unfortunately, the maniacs who drive those roads forget common courtesy for those who isn’t as familiar as they are.. 80 mph in the right lane, please give me a break and I’m used to drive in on the Audubond.

Nothing to see in correlation to the advertising photos, minimal interaction with the guest, depressing hygiene (five days of stay and not even the garbage was taken out, less bathroom cleaning and change of sheets) room with cigarette smell (for my unbearable for being asthmatic and non-smoker) Disappointing!

The room was clean and spaceous, but you had to pay extra for a microwave. The cleanning staff was very inconsiderate! They completely ignore 'Do not disturb' signs and the maid kept changing the temperature of my thermostat so that I froze every time I walked back into the room at night. The first day I checked in, I notified the Front Desk that the lock on my patio door did not work correctly. I could not open the door with my key from the outside. I stayed there for 5 days and the lock was never fixed.

On 12/26/25, I booked two rooms at 11:25 PM, when I arrived at the Best Western hotel, the clerk said that the reservation was for the next day. I asked him to help me and change it but he said I had to contact Booking.com for any changes. I called Booking.com and the representative I talked to kept hanging up on me. It was late and my children became restless and my elderly mother needed to rest, so I decided to look for another hotel for the night and left.
