Very clean rooms and lobby. Staff was friendly and helpful. Starbucks in hotel open from 5-5. TGI Fridays in the parking lot, Culver’s across the street, and more food just down the block. The free shuttle was also a great help.

breakfast was good and kitchen staff was very very helpful, going above and beyond to ensure comfort and convenience of guests. Food was always replenished in a timely manner. I went to the dining room 2 mornings and the same staff was on duty doing an excellent job. Main bed and pillows were comfortable.

Location and Transport
Midway International Airport is Chicago’s second largest airport and sits just 8 miles (13 kilometres) from the city. The easiest and cheapest way to travel between the airport and downtown Chicago is via public transport – CTA trains and buses both take around 20 minutes. There’s a taxi rank on the lower level side of the terminals, but be aware that fares are based on traffic conditions.

There are plenty of hotels located close to the airport’s southside, ensuring there’s no rush for an early flight. Several car parks are available at the airport, ranging from hourly and daily parking to long-term/economy parking. Everything else needs improvement. It is in dire need of an upgrade in all aspects. If you're passing through for a night or 2 ok. Any longer stay is not recommended. There is a target, Walmart, and dollar tree a block away so you can get cleaning supplies to clean the room.

First of all my deposit was given to somebody else then the next day that I had booked I was told there was no rooms available just because I asked about a discount because the TV had been smashed in and the lady told me the night before that they would give me a discount the next day when my reservation went through for the next day I had the most horrible experience of my life and my mother just died 2 days earlier

Don’t go here. Well I get off work late and I guess they will be doing a shift change and make me wait until they are done. Like I had a guy tell me he could not check me in because he clocked out and the next shift was running late. I was pissed it took them an hour and I had just got off of work. Employees are rude. Room stinks. Motel 6 will never get another dollar out of me good luck going here. It’s not work it.

One staff member was great ( young man) the rest were clueless. Pool area was satisfactory. Bathtub didn't drain during shower, when room was cleaned staff would turn off a/c even though it was 90 degrees out. A/c wasn't impressive when on. Railings not safe to use when climbing stairs. No juice at breakfast. Coffee or water. Basic quick grabs and waffles. Manager was snobby. Parking a pain, a lot of regulars live there. Location was quiet and short drive to sights.

The soap is not big enough to wash your hands with, certainly not your body. They charged my credit card $60 dollars extra for incidentals although we used none. My son's room had ants, big tear in the middle of the sofa! They don't clean/touch your room generally unless you ask in advance???. Also, the price was much higher than I booked for with Booking.com for a "free cancellation" and non-pay in advance.. I don't know if all the hotels at midway are this cheesy for the price, but this is highway robbery. No integrity, honesty and no accountability for the lack of service.. Never again, not ever.

Finally...This would be my 3rd time staying...1) Stay was AWESOME 2) Stay was TERRIBLE 3) Stay was AWFUL....No Dish Setup as Advertised....View was the back of Costco Store where trucks are loading/unloading....Got the 2nd Floor was a Disaster as I thought...The noise was unbelievable...in the hallway...Wake up to maintenance crew doing lawn @8:40 in the morning...The refrigerator kept making this loud irritating noise...On/Off...I had to sleep through this...Oh by the way the 2nd visit the Elevator was out for two days...I had to walk my things down 3 flights of stairs...I will probably be trying your Burr Ridge location...The front Desk personnel were rude and seemed as though were overworked???? Maybe just lazy...people spend alot of money alot of these things shouldn't happen....

Was allowed to check in early. Room was clean except air conditioner filters were gross, i washed them in bathtub. Smelled like weed but that dont bother me ( no, i dont smoke.) Would have liked a refrigerator but we managed. Overall, the price was great, service was good. Would definetly stay again

Ms Tiara was very rude and told me I can’t never get a room here because I was complaining about people Disturbing the peace at 12am and the rooms was not clean I feel like I should have gotten my $200 back ASAP after I told them but they didn’t and had The nerves to tell me I can never come back here again she is very unprofessional and she told the person who was with me that he can’t get a room here either and he had nothing to do with me telling them that the rooms was not clean and the people we're very loud and they hang out in the parking lot let it’s a night club smh it very sad that the people they are letting live in here tearing the place down .
