My stay was awesome! Chanprell, at the front desk, first friendly face I encountered. She was so sweet & such a people person; you can tell she never meets a stranger. We laughed & talked like we'd known eachother for years. The night desk clerk, who's name I didn't get, as well as the house keeping staff, all were so very hospitable. The lobby was so pretty & colorful, though I didn't have time to go enjoy the sitting area. My room was clean, bed comfortable, no noise in the hallway, I slept good. The tv remotes kinda confused me, & Chanprell offered to come up & help me figure them out. I have no complaints. When I go back, I'll stay there again.

Staff was very polite and knowledgeable. The restaurant within walking distance to the hotel. I wanted to stay for breakfast but I had to get to my next destination first thing in the morning.
