To start. The front desk staff, especially Deana, was absolutely brilliant. So polite and accommodating. Everything about the hotel is great. Really enjoyed the stay.
P.s. all the other front desk members are great, too. Even the airport shuttle drivers are friendly and helpful

We stayed in this apartment for a week to visit Manhattan and the other neighborhoods of New York. After a long search for the right solution for the three of us, we met this nice house, which has been the perfect choice due to its affordable price, convenient distance, and easy connection to Manhattan. Nice neighbourhood - not too far away from Manhattan, very accessible by public transportation, a lot of great food options. I also found it pretty clean and safe, except for Roosevelt Ave, than runs under the subway line.

Just keep in mind that this area has a lot of factories and at night is very very dark. I grew up in New York City and I did not realize that area is in Queens could be this dark. And the streets are very narrow if you are driving literally two-way streets should really be a one-way Street.

I felt safe in this hotel.
I felt safe in this hotel. Very quiet and just a walking distance to all these restaurants and stores. I was very impressed that it’s very clean and had no issues with noise. Stay here. You’re near the airport, shopping areas and it feels like you are in Egypt.

Jackson Heights is a wonderful area of Queens. Family area with many wonderful parks and interesting streets. The population is quite diverse and friendly. Plenty of restaurants and stores in the area that make shopping convenient. Safe neighborhood.

This place was dirty and the sheets were not clean, the fire alarm was not installed correctly and was not even activated, fire hazard. Room had trash on the floor underneath the bed so you know they don't clean thoroughly. The neighborhood is loud as heck at night even 2 am, which is not their fault but there wasnt any curtains to dampen the sound. Im sure that soundproofing was not even on their mind making the hotel.

Spotless clean, close to LaGuardia Airport, everything appeared brand new. Bed pillows and sheets fresh crisp and clean. Could see Manhattan out the window. Neat Morrican Neighborhood with little cafes restaurants and food carts.
