Room was great BUT airport shuttle was a nightmare for us with freezing temperature etc. We waited for an hour and a half THEN a local man called the hotel!!!

When we arrive at JFK we call and meet at the meeting point for the shuttle to pick us up. Room super spacious and bed sooo confortable!!! after a very long flight this is a super plus! Excellent confort mattress and pillows, bathroom spacious too. Restaurant food very good but bit pricey
